We are happy to announce that starting June 8, 2020, we will provide an opportunity for you to come to SRAC to pick-up the items in your rental locker. A “curbside” pick-up method will be used for the delivery and collection of member items. Members collecting items will not enter the SRAC in order to maintain social distancing guidelines and prevent possible contamination of the SRAC facility and others. To take part in this system, please follow the steps below:
1. Log into the Fusion Member portal: https://fitness.sjsu.edu/. If you have not logged into the Fusion Portal before, please scroll to the bottom of this email for instructions.
2. Once logged in, scroll down to select "Programs", then "Facility", then "Locker Items Pickup".
3. Sign up for (1) 15-minute time slot.
Day of locker item pick-up
1. Pull up to the Spartan Recreation tent located in the cul-de-sac at the end of 7th Street (see the attached map, the red box near SRAC is the pickup location).
2. A staff member will approach you to confirm your identity and your reservation. Please present your photo ID.
3. Staff will bring out your items. Please check your bag and inform the staff of any issues.
If you choose not to pick up your items during this time, we will hold them until we reopen the facility. Please note to respect your privacy, we will have male staff members emptying the men's lockers, and female staff members emptying the women's lockers. How to Sign In To The Member Portal:
Once you are on the site, there are two ways to log in: If you are a current SJSU STUDENT or FACULTY/STAFF MEMBER: Select “Login” and use your MySJSU information to log in.
If you are a COMMUNITY MEMBER or ALUMNI: Select “Sign Up” to register. Enter the information you used at the time of signing up for your membership. Under “Member Information” enter your Community ID number that was assigned to you (the number on the back of your membership card). This will link your member portal account to your membership.
